Minecraft Bedrock Edition "Unable to connect to world" Problem on version 1.12.0

So I've been having Issues joining my friend's in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Window's 10. My problem is that it say's "Unable to connect to world".

I've been trying to do the things it says in other forum post's but nothing seems to be working. I'm trying join my friends using my PC and my friend's are using Xbox.

I am using the Xbox App but I think it's just Minecraft. Hopefully it's just something wrong with my computer so I can fix it but, if it is just Minecraft then i'll just have to wait.

Im open to any suggestion's that might help. Thank you!

It could be problems on Minecraft's end, as connecting in Minecraft worlds seems to be a fairly regular problem for many people. One thing is to check your in-game settings in Minecraft and make sure that online play with friends is actually checked off
to allow it. Sometimes when first starting a game, it defaults to not being enabled. So I would double check that first and make sure that your game is set up to allow online play.

Thank you for the suggestion but I don't see "online play with friend's".

Like I said in the title i'm in version 1.12.0 and that might mean you or I am in a different version, or a wrong one.

I see something like that when i'm creating a world but it only says "allow friend's of friend's to join". My friend's on Xbox have no problem

joining me but I only have trouble joining them.

But I do appreciate the response and for you trying to help me solve my problem!
