Minecraft Bedrock Edition Realm cannot download or backup the world. Please help.

I currently own a Minecraft bedrock realm with some friends. I created it in version 1.21.7 with a bunch of addons, and at the time I wasn't having any issues backing up the realm and downloading it for singleplayer. Everything was going smoothly. But now that the release of 1.21.8 on bedrock, I wanted to try the new Vibrant Visuals feature for the world, but to enable it I have to download the world, turn on the experimental feature and then reupload it as the new copy of the world. But I couldn't do it because I cannot download/backup the world in the first place. It only shows a message "An error occured". I even tried downloading the older versions of the worlds, since theres a list of backups but still doesn't work regardless.

I do not know if it is a problem with the versions, or a problem with the addons. And I cannot just turn off these addons because the realm heavily uses the addon features. Please Help.

Please try the below steps

You must have an active Minecraft: Bedrock Edition Realm to do this. If you have not yet used your Realms free trial, you can use that to transfer your worlds.

Note: You must use the same edition of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and the same Xbox Live account to transfer worlds.

From the first device, click the pen icon next to your Realm from the Realms list
Click Replace World and confirm.
Choose the world you want to transfer.
Wait for the upload and then click Let's go!
Open Minecraft: Bedrock Edition from the second device and click the pen icon next to your Realm from the Realms
Click Download World.
Wait for the download and then click Let's go!

Is there a specific error message that you can share?

To download Minecraft realms in Bedrock edition, please follow this:

Start Minecraft.

Select Play.

Select the Edit Realm icon next to your Realm (box with the checkmark).

Click the world slot with the Realm you want to download.

Select Edit world.

Scroll to the bottom of Game Settings and click Download world.

To download an older version that’s been automatically saved, select Backups and choose the file to download.

The world size is not that big so that's fine. And I do agree, deactivating all packs might have unexpected results so in this case it is best to wait for a Minecraft support to respond to your ticket so they can advise accordingly and help.

It's file size is 163.30 MB with 13 active behaviour packs (Most of them are small addons, the only bigger ones are: Naturalist, Mowzie Mobs, and Furniture Add-On).

I am not able to download any other realm world since I only have the one. My concern is that why I suddenly can't back them up now compared to before when I had no problem. I usually backup the server and reupload it to refresh the realm since it seems to fix the lag for the mobile players, but now I am unable to do that.

I have seen the reddit post, and yes that is exactly the error that I am seeing. I have read the thread aswell, and I am unable to decide whether or not I should try it. Because if I remove the addons and put them back, I have no guarantee if it will/willnot break the world. And I'm afraid of risking it since I have no backup.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. What is the current size of your Realms world? Are you able to download the worlds from your other Realms slot?
