Minecraft bedrock edition: my friend cannot join me but I can join my friend

Me and my friend were playing minecraft and he wanted to see the world and when I pass an invitation to him in xbox he said it take like 20 minutes to load and says this "connection timed out" he tried uninstalling minecraft but still no luck

No he tried joining my world and it keeps disconnecting him every time but I can join his world with no problem at all

how do you give someone else your xbox one minecraft world to their xbox one because my friend is tired of having to join the world so i can play and get our world a upgrade.

Are you talking about Minecraft: Xbox One Edition or Bedrock Edition?

It's important to note that if your friends are playing Minecraft on an Xbox console and on a Nintendo Switch, they are playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition. If you're trying to join their Realm while playing Minecraft Java Edition, you won't be able to do so because they are different versions of the game.

Are you sure you're attempting to join from Minecraft Bedrock Edition (named Minecraft for Windows in the Minecraft Launcher) and not Minecraft Java Edition?

I have activated all these settings and my child’s profile still cannot add friends on minecraft. I can join his world but he cannot join my world. He shows 1 friend on the friends tab but it doesn’t show any joinable friends or my world inside the friends
tab. I have even changed all settings to allow everything (defeats the purpose) and I still cannot add friends on his account. Please help!!!!!!
