    I can not change my information on private online safety it gives me the error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later on Xbox

    I'm trying to change the settings so I can play Minecraft bedrock with friends on ios. My NAT type is moderate but I still can't play with ios users. So I'm currently trying to change the privacy and online safety settings but I get the error. Is there any fix for this?

    It can be your NAT , and in this case you might want to check the link below, to be able to correct the problem:

    Troubleshoot NAT errors and multiplayer game issues | Xbox Support

    The problem can also be related to your privacy settings, I suggest signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, and making sure none of the multiplayer permissions are blocked.

    I also recommend having a look at the link below, as it contains all the steps to take to edit those privacy setting:
