    Minecraft Bedrock Edition Ghost Mute


    I’ve contacted Microsoft and they told me to talk to the Xbox support team about this issue, but I cant figure out how to contact them about said issue, I’ve encountered an issue on Minecraft bedrock, I play on PS4 btw, and I did some research, my account received a ghost mute, so people cant see my messages on servers or anything, and I’ve tried a fix I found online, switching my privacy settings to everyone or allow for an hour, and that didn’t work, it happens in servers and I’ve done what I can, the website the fix was on I found said if it doesn’t work to contact Microsoft or Xbox, and since the microsoft team told me to contact xbox I came to the forums, can anyone help?
