Have you tried also removing and re-adding your girlfriends account from you family? If not yet, please do so and see how it goes.

To clarify, have you already purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on your account? If so, have you made sure that your girlfriend's device is also connected to your Microsoft account through the Microsoft Store app?



If you have already purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on your account and your girlfriend's device is connected to your Microsoft account, then the issue may be related to the Family Sharing feature. Here are some possible causes and solutions:

1. Your girlfriend's device may not be set as a shared device. To check this, go to your Microsoft account settings and make sure that her device is listed as a shared device. If it is not, you can add it by clicking on "Add a device" and following the prompts.



2. Your girlfriend's account may not be set up as a family member. To check this, go to your Microsoft account settings and make sure that her account is listed as a family member. If it is not, you can add her by clicking on "Add a family member" and following the prompts.



3. There may be a delay in the Family Sharing feature. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the feature to fully activate. If you have recently added your girlfriend's device or account to your family, try waiting a day and then attempting to download Minecraft Bedrock Edition again.

Yes, I do own Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Received it alongside Java Edition. Device is connected, can see her screen time and everything. She’s added as a family member. Not sure about Microsoft Store. I did connect my own account there to download the launcher. But on it, when I try to download Bedrock Edition, it says that she has to buy it. I set up family share yesterday. Tried to download again in the evening, same thing.

Sorry to hear about that, however, since you have a different Store account from what you use for gaming, unfortunately, the access for Java isn't shareable. Only the account that has the game (your work email) has access to it. Try to sign in using that account on the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher to access this version of the game.

You may refer here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/66... and look for "I family-share my account with my children, will they get both versions of Minecraft?" and it states that "No, only the account that purchased Java or Bedrock will have access to Java Edition. Family sharing will work for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition." - Same goes for you, as you have a different Store account.
