    (Minecraft Bedrock Edition) Did not received my vanilla cape

    As the title of the question indicates, I did not receive the Vanilla Cape on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, even though I have it on Minecraft Java Edition. I have double-checked everything (the email is the same for both accounts) and found no solutions online to rectify this issue. I understand that the cape is quite old, but I would greatly appreciate having it on the Bedrock Edition as well.



    (I attempted multiple times to upload a screenshot of the cape wardrobe, but an error occurs every time.)

    Based from the Minecraft FAQ, "If you did not purchase both versions of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account for PC before June 6, 2022, it is not possible to become eligible for the Vanilla cape. "

    Did you just recently purchase the two Minecraft Editions?

    Are you trying to know if you can play Vanilla Capes on Bedrock edition in PC?

    If that is right, yes, you could play Vanilla Capes on Bedrock edition if you owned both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition on the same Microsoft account prior to June 6, 202212. However, Game Pass and Family Group ownerships are not eligible for the cape. You can equip or unequip certain capes for your skin via the character creator.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Answers Community! I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your vanilla cape. You will need to contact Minecraft Support here for additional assistance with your issue: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811 They will be able to look into your account further to determine your eligibility to receive the cape and if so manually add the cape for you.
