    Minecraft Bedrock chat messages will not be seen by other players in featured servers


    I can send messages in Minecraft chat, but nobody else will see them. This only happens in Minecraft's Featured Servers. I also sometimes can't see my friends' messages in chat, and they can't see mine either. After it got really annoying, I further investigated it to find it was some sort of mute by the Xbox/Minecraft team. Other than this, there is close to no information about this. No unmute appeal, or even direct way to contact Xbox about this, it seems. I have seen other people with this problem and they have not found a solution. I have changed my privacy settings, and checked everything that others tried to do when they also had this problem. This would usually happen yearly but usually I would be able to change my privacy settings and move on. Is there anything I can possibly do to unmute myself in Featured Servers? This has gotten really frustrating, and any information/solution on this would be really useful. Thank you.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    On your privacy settings kindly go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and then block the settings that has an arrow on this screenshot and after that hit submit, once done “allow” them again then hit submit.

    Make sure to restart your device after making the changes.

    I already stated that I did that in my first message. All privacy settings are set to "everyone" including the ones you stated. Other players still cannot see my chat when I play on the featured minecraft windows 10 servers.
