Minecraft Bedrock attenuates my other applications' audio when playing

hello

that worked, but i can only play minecraft java with it. With other 3rd party apps(like curseforge for java, and bedrocklauncher for bedrock, both dont pirate minecraft) i managed to launch java and bedrock, but couldnt log into bedrock. When i play java, i always use curseforge, because i have a modpack with shaders and stuff like that, and for java i dont need to log in via xbox to play online. The problem is that i cannot log into bedrock, not even with other accounts.

I recently started playing minecraft bedrock edition again and having issues with having no sound for it. I've played previously on this PC without issue.

PC hardware is a:

2950x processor

x399 zenith extreme motherboard

2070 super gpu

Sound works fine in all the other games I play and programs I use.

I've installed sound drivers from motherboard manufacturers support page for it.

I've also tried all the steps linked to in this ticket

When I run the windows troubleshooter linked in Method 1 , upon completion it says 'Generic Audio Driver', even though my audio driver is up-to-date and from my motherboard manufacturers website. I'm not sure if this is related or not.

Media Feature Pack is the solution otherwise you can get Java Edition, free audio. Windows 10 is more as you can download mods onto there.

-Scroll down to find Attenuation and slide it to 0%.

2.Disable Windows Communications Activity: This setting in Windows decides what to do with other sources once Windows detects active communication via an application. Here's how to disable it:
-Open Settings using Windows Search.
-Under System, click on Sound.
-Scroll down and click on 'More sound settings.'
-In the Sound dialog box, go to the Communications tab.
-Select Do nothing, click on Apply, and then hit OK.

3.Turn Off Exclusive Control: Some applications that require Windows sound access have been given exclusive control over the sound output. This can sometimes result in the volume of the app being lowered. Here's how to fix it:
-Open Settings using Windows Search.
-Under System, click on Sound.
-Scroll down and click on 'More sound settings.'
-In the Sound dialog box, right click and select the properties.
-In the tab of Advanced, uncheck the options of Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device & give exclusive mode applications priority.

There is no error code, we simply cannot see each other under the friends tab when we are playing minecraft. I am on PC and they are on swtich, both bedrock editions. They are on my friends list but they are listed as offline even when they are playing
