Discus and support Minecraft Bedrock 1.14.1 has lost all purchased content in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I've raising this again, because some mod decided to lock the prior thread when it wasn't resolved without any consultation from me.     I have Minecraft for both Windows10 and the Switch (the actual Minecraft, not the old Nintendo Switch edition).

    Both of these have been updated to v1.14.1, and in both cases all my previous purchased contect (skins, worlds, etc) have all gone. My 'Inventory' shows nothing. And it tries to load a skin from one of these packs on start up and get the 'Failed to load
    character' message.

    Have logged out of all accounts on both devices, reinstalled, left it a day or so, nothing.

    Searched all over the internet about trying to resolve this, all of the above issues have got reported at some point. However people seemed to just ignore it and forum posts get shut down for 'inactivity' without being fixed. You also can't seem to log a
    fault with either Mojang (you have to log a bug and shove it into their backlog, thats totally useless customer service) or Xbox (which goes around the houses a lot and just end up back here)

    In either case, it's pretty damn poor trying to find help to resolve this. Isn't there just somewhere you can confirm whats on your account (looking at previous buying history only logs the buying of Minecoins) or someone who can advise?

    We often get reports from players who aren't able to find a Marketplace pack, virtual currency, or game in their Minecraft app after purchasing from the Windows 10, Xbox store, or through a Collection
    pack.

    When you purchase or redeem items, please ensure you are logged into the correct account on where you want these items to appear.

    In many cases, the issue is when parents purchase these items or redeemed a gift card on their own Microsoft account, not knowing that they cannot be transferred to a child’s account later.

    In order to track down your purchase, please make sure that you are logged in to the Microsoft account on which you purchased the item or redeemed the card.

    Hi there, it sounds like that this may be an issue with the account itself. Are you able to log onto minecraft.net and see your purchases there? Since they're possibly two different accounts on Windows vs Switch, they may not display the same items.

    If you are logging into the same Xbox Live account on both platforms, then the purchases you make from the Minecraft Marketplace with Minecoins should carry over. Your description sounds like the games are logging into a different account with no data or
    purchases if it is happening on both platforms. I'm sure that Mojang would have the records about what you've purchased from the Minecraft Marketplace with your Minecoins. I would just double-check and make sure you are not logging in using a different email.
