Please clarify. When you say you contacted support, do you mean Microsoft/Xbox Support or Minecraft Support?

To appeal a Minecraft specific ban, submit a case review/appeal - different from their general help request form

Good morning. I already wrote on Thursday, August 17, 2023, an appeal that I lent my friend an account etc. as described above and it was rejected. I don't know what to do and I really want to play the above mentioned games

Just simply letting someone use your account is a bannable offense by itself.

So if you wrote in your appeal that you lent your account then you likely solidified their decision to keep you banned.

If they denied your appeal then thats it. The account is gone.

Ok. That is a game specific ban with Minecraft then based on the second photo.

Thats the reason its not showing up on the enforcement team website. Game specific bans wont show there so what you sent in the first photo is 100% normal in this case.
