minecraft app will not start on win10

Hi, I bought Minecraft for win10, downloaded, installed etc. but when I start it either on the icon on the pc or via microsoft store order list (or anywhere else possible to start the game) the program box apears for about 5-10 sec and then Closes.
no error mess. or anything comes up. it simply dont start. I have Win10 ver 18362, 4G RAM and i5 processor so system demand is meet. I have un-installed and re-installed, re-booted betwe every install but still same. what can be wrong and how can I solve it?

Go into your task manager and check if it's still running.

Press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key together on your keyboard to open the Task Manager.

In the Processes tab, right-click on the Minecraft and choose End
task.

try running it as administrator this time around .

Seems that my Surface 3 and Minecraft Win10 are in the same boat. I can log in on the website, but the app can't. Any ideas? Kinda stinks that I can't play the game.

I have Minecraft win10 edition

for me i just opend minecraft(launcher) and minecraft win10 edition was there. for some people it may not be availbe in that country.
