    Minecraft (Android) Marketplace purchases lost, new one took coins but didn't deliver


    Made several purchases in Minecraft Marketplace (v. 1.10) on my Android phone, all signed in with my Xbox Live account. SD-card broke, had to get a new one and reinstall Minecraft. All purchases gone.

    Tried to make a new purchase, took coins, jammed up and never gave me the goods...

    How to fix?

    Did you ever get this figured out? I've got the same problem and can't get any help from anyone at all.

    contact Mojang better
    And Mojang says contact Xbox if you were using Xbox Live account when in Marketplace. Go figure...

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your purchases for Minecraft are not appearing on your Android device. Were you able to sign in to the game with the same Microsoft account that owns all the Minecraft content? We suggest
    signing out of the Microsoft account on the game and signing back in. This will help refresh your account information on the game. The
    Mojang support website
    contains support articles for managing your Minecraft account and completing purchases. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, recovering your lost content would fall under
    Mojang's scope. Purchases within Minecraft provide a

    Transaction ID     which may help you out when trying to recover your coins and skins.
