I purchased Gold (12 months), when it was purportedly bundled with "free Minecraft." I STILL have not received the code and feel scammed at this point.

Customer Service said they can't help me and that I should post here. CSR was kind and helpful, but alas couldn't fix this issue

edit: i should note that I purchased Gold through an advertisement on my dashboard, where it said that Minecraft Favourites Pack came with 12 months of Gold, and Minecraft vanilla came with 3 months. I opted for 12 months, and was happy to do so. but again,
now i feel pretty scammed out of my money, unless this issue is fixed. needless to say, i'll be weary purchasing new promotions with "free bonuses" going forward

If you currently have an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, you will get a discount on your Gold Family Pack membership based on how many months remain on your existing Gold Membership.

The discount varies by region, and is calculated by first taking the price of an Xbox LIVE Gold 12-month membership divided by 12 months (Gold monthly rate). The Gold Family Pack discount that you receive is the Gold monthly rate, multiplied by the number of
months left on your existing Gold membership (rounded up to the next full month), then subtracted from your purchase price.



Note Your Gold Family Pack membership starts on date of your purchase. Your credit card is charged immediately, after any discounts are applied.

Do I get a discount when I add existing Xbox Gold members to my Family Pack?

Yes. When an existing Xbox LIVE Gold member is added to a Family Pack, remaining membership time is added to the Family Pack membership. For every two months remaining on their current Gold membership, the entire family receives an extra month of Xbox LIVE
Gold. For example, if your child has six months remaining on his or her existing Xbox LIVE Gold membership, when you add him or her to your Family Pack, your Family Pack membership is extended by three months."

I have been hacked twice now. First time 12 Jumbo packs were purchased and MS suspended my account, refunded the points and give a month's subscription. 3 days later and after resetting my password, I chuffin' got hacked again. This time the credit card
linked to my gold subscription was used to purchase 10500 MSP and then used to buy 55 Jumbo packs. Needless to say I phoned MS again and vented my spleen at them. Account suspended again pending another investigation..... I feel sorry for the poor telephone
operator who received my very unpleasant wrath.
