Minecraft and Microsoft Problems

Hi, so when I first got Minecraft back in probably 2016 or earlier I used my email and not my username. Now when I try to use my email to log in to Minecraft using the Microsoft login it is not putting me on the account I paid for. It puts me on an account I may have used on my phone. Also when I try to log in through Mojang it says incorrect email or password. I have tried on multiple occasions to put in all the passwords it could be. None are correct and when I try to change my password I never get sent the email. So if anyone can help me soon it would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, it would be best to get in touch with Mojang for further assistance regarding this matter.

Would you please try to sign in online with your Microsoft account just to make sure that you are able to sign in with the correct one.

The thing is years ago Mojang used your user name but at some point, I was switched to my email. So for years I have been logging in with my email but all of a sudden when I used my Microsoft account it logs me in but not into the right account. Not the one I paid for.

If it was a Microsoft problem, Minecraft would have referred you to Microsoft support.

Also, there is another problem.

Sometimes, when I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, and then ( the problem happens ), it causes problems too when I try to download other apps, they get the same problem ( Loading then Ending with a problem " Try again Later, Something happened on our end ". That happened with me twice, but I did reset to Microsoft Store and then it got fixed ( except the Minecraft Launcher ). Yesterday, while I was trying to install the game without having the other Minecraft Launchers, Minecraft Launcher's problem wasn't solved and also, and then when I tried to download some other app, the problem of the slow download was back again, then when I tried to do reset Microsoft Store for another time, it wasn't fixing anything.

Is there any way to fix that Minecraft Launcher's problem? I think it's influencing badly on other apps.
