    Minecraft and Friends issue.


    Hello All,

    Looking for a help or suggestion, completely lost on this one. I trying to play Minecraft with my friends using Nintendo Switch and not my Xbox. Unfortunately, under friends tab it shows 0 even though my friends are playing online. Check my account settings for both Microsoft and switch. Everything is ok and active. When searching for a name tag to join it does finds them showing that they are playing Minecraft. I have try to remove them as friends and add them back, but still not showing that they are on line to join. The issue started two weeks ago. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues playing Minecraft with your friend between console and pc. Does your friend have the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft?

    it's not Minecraft's problem though, it's something with xbox's cloud. My friend is having this issue with more than just Minecraft.

    I can't join my friend on Minecraft preview

    I have the same issues and tried the troubleshooting, it didn't work. I think the Minecraft preview is just bugged and doesn't register that our friend is our friend all the way, because when you go to the add friend button in Minecraft preview and type in the name of the friend you are trying to join it says you are already friends with them. I hope it gets fixed soon.

    Childs accounts are visible at the microsoft family, but not at xbox family

    I am having the same issue trying to set my child'support profile to play minecraft with friends and we do not have a game console. they are in the family page on Microsoft family but I am not seeing the profile in Xbox settings to update the profile to
    allow playing minecraft with friends.

    Please advise how to correct this issue.
