    i bought this game brand new at target and bought and brand new xbox one there too. It loads all the games 8 tried but for some reaon i am stuck on minecraft been trying to install it for 3 days now and it keeps saying sorry locks like our service isnt
    working right now to check with xbox live service status go to http://support.xbox.com i went there and it says its all up and working not sure what to do next

    The hard reset/power cycle will be your 1st step to get back to playing minecraft.

    Hello Troy,

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the
    console    , Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
