    Minecraft Account Stolen – No Response from Support


    Hello,

    I’m reaching out here as a last resort because I’ve been trying to recover my Minecraft account for a while now, but support has been completely unhelpful. I hope someone from the team or the community can offer advice.

    What Happened?

    • My Microsoft account was hacked, and the email linked to my Minecraft profile was changed without my permission.
    • I successfully recovered and secured my Microsoft account (enabled 2FA, changed passwords, etc.).
    • Despite this, my Minecraft account is still tied to the hacker’s email and remains inaccessible.
    What I’ve Tried

    • I contacted support multiple times via email and chat.
    • All I’ve received are generic, automated responses with no real help or acknowledgment of my case.
    Proof of Ownership I Can Provide

    • My original email before the unauthorized change.
    • The suspicious email that replaced mine.
    • My past and current Minecraft usernames.
    • The email I likely used when I originally bought the game (though I don’t have the purchase receipt from years ago).
    My Concern

    I’ve been playing Minecraft for nearly a decade, and it’s frustrating that my account can just be stolen with no resolution from support. Has anyone successfully recovered their account in a similar situation? What else can I do if support keeps ignoring my case?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I have been hacked again and I got suspended because of them

    you are responsible for securing your account at all times, and the best advice I can give you is stay away from mod sites.

    Peoples Microsoft accounts get stolen all the time trying to modify Minecraft.

    If that person has physical access to your console then that is your responsibility. If they have stolen your account then call support and file an Unauthorized Access case.

    Update, suddenly I realized the first time I bought this account was from my friend. He told me that this account is bought from a third party that was offering services to buy Minecraft accounts purely from the official website in exchange for Rupiah after further research it turns out that the account belonged to somebody and that somebody after 6 years could finally take over his account that was stolen by the third party. I'm feeling scammed but also glad for that person whose account got stolen 6 years ago. Hopefully, everybody could take some lessons from what I've experienced on buying a Minecraft account!
