Minecraft account problems and help problems!

I have had a hard day trying to sort out my Minecraft account problems. I try the help page only to get nothing but help pages when I need a live person. I'm crying here I'm so frustrated at this point. I have tried just about everything I can think about at this point to try to get in contact to figure this out short of going to Microsoft myself! I hate that when I called the help desk it recognized my number and just told me to go to the web cite. If I'm calling a second time clearly it didn't work for me! You guys need to make it easyer to figure out how to contact you guys to figure out problems like this. I have such a bad tast in my mouth now about the whole situation.

Sorry but I had to get that off my chest.

Now for the real problem. I was told that I could migrate my Minecraft account so I did. I thought I did so successfully as now I have a Microsoft account obviously. However I still can't migrate my game or account, nor can I play my Minecraft game and I'm begging to think this was a bad idea. At this point I would even take it just being reverted back since it seems so hopelessly broken but I can't seem to do that either. It could just be me missing something as it always sends me to my Microsoft profile without any further explanation but clearly something isn't working. It might be that I got confused between the game versions and accidentally put down the wrong one as my game version after looking at it a bit too long but I don't know how to fix that if it's the case. I'm on pc and it's a pc purchase of Minecraft I made all the way back during I think 1.7 or some were around there so I've had it for a while now. I Don't want to buy it again and feel like I shouldn't have too! The fact that I couldn't find easy help for this is absurd as I can't be the only one making these kinds of mistakes or having these kinds of problems.

When you say that you tried the help page, are you referring to the Minecraft Help Center? If not, I suggest submitting a Minecraft support request at the Minecraft Help Center here:

Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net)

Follow the steps provided and let us know if they are able to resolved your issue!

If that is who you were trying to contact, can you provide us with some additional information?

What steps did you take when submitting the support request?

How are you trying to launch the game?

Are there any error codes?

It is also possible that you may have migrated your Minecraft account to wrong account. I would verify by trying to sign into any alternate Microsoft acccounts that you may own. I also suggest checking any emails you've received in relation to the migration to verify that there are no misspellings in the email address.

You can provide us with screenshots of your experience to provide us with more information if you think it will help. Just make sure that they do not include any personal information.

In order to locate the Microsoft account where your Mojang account was migrated, kindly sign in to all of your known email addresses on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and billing > Order history.

From there, you will be able to see your Minecraft game transaction. If the transaction can't be found, you will need to check your other Microsoft email addresses under Order history.

Once the Minecraft transaction was found, use the same Microsoft account to sign in to Microsoft Store and install the game Minecraft on your Windows PC device.
