    Minecraft Account Migration Error


    After following all the steps to migrate my account, I get to the "Almost there" screen. I click to "COMPLETE MOVE" and the button turns gray. After opening Minecraft, I only have the option to play the demo/buy the game again and my Mojang account (HeckingFricker) isn't in the list, only my Microsoft account (PinGuitar9). I re-added the Mojang account to the list but I am still told I need to migrate. I tried to redo the migration process and it does the same thing every time:
    I begin the account migration by logging into my Mojang account at minecraft.net. I click to "MOVE MY ACCOUNT", enter the verification code, select my Microsoft account, enter the password, then I am stopped by an error. "OHHH NO.... Something went wrong... Please try again or contact support if the problem persists." I have submitted a ticket to Mojang but nothing has happened yet. What do I do? I only have the option to play the demo on my Microsoft account or use the Mojang account (not migrated).

With migration errors, it is common for the game client not to recognize your purchased license. This can be resolved once the migration error is found.

    To best assist, please view How to Migrate a Legacy Minecraft Account to a Microsoft Account to ensure no steps were left out during the migration process. If you have already followed through with the full process and are still being met with an error, please open a ticket with the Minecraft Support Team.     Please be informed that there is a Minecraft/Mojang account migration to a Microsoft account. Have you already migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account? If so, your Minecraft account and Microsoft account are linked as one already.

    What just happened when you proceed with it? Are you getting any error message or error code?

It's possible that this may have caused an error in the migration process.
