Minecraft account locked.

Recently I redownloaded Minecraft PE after years of not playing it because of this. The second I pressed sign in it said account locked. I can't use my parent's phone and I don't have a phone number! All I want to do is to play on servers. I haven't done anything wrong. Everyone including your staff says it's temporary but I've had it for YEARS. When I try to change my security settings it grants me the account locked message AGAIN! This is very frustrating and I've searched through the replies of other people with the same problem and found nothing helpful. Please help.

one last thing. Once my parents unlocked it but after a few days the account got locked again.

Another thing is. I made a new account that works. But when I try to sign into Minecraft it still thinks I'm using the locked account.

Did you tried deleting completely minecraft? (I mean, reinstalling it) also, clear you browser cache/data, sometimes the game log in with the most recent account in your default web browser.

In your case, to request a case review. You need to submit the account reinstatement form:
https://www.microsoft.com/concern/account reinstatement

In that way proper team will look further in your account to see if you finally violated terms of service, or you can get finally unlocked
