Minecraft Account Linked to Wrong Email

According to the official migration FAQ, sadly once you migrate your account is not possible to undo this process :c

"WARNING: ONCE YOU MIGRATE YOUR ACCOUNT THIS ACTION CAN NOT BE UNDONE. ENSURE YOU ARE MIGRATING TO THE CORRECT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BEFORE COMPLETING THE MIGRATION"

There isnt any other email, this is the email my minecraft account was linked with, i had the account and password saved at many places, how could i get it wrong

Hey Josef, hope you are doing great too.



When I say "the Minecraft account itself is wrong", I'm specifically talking about the Minecraft name (the one I see on the right side of the "PLAY" button).



When I go into "View all accounts", I also see it's slightly changed - almost as if the wrong Minecraft user is linked to my Microsoft profile.



I'm trying to play Java through the Minecraft Launcher.



I do have the confirmation email that my Mojang account was successfully migrated to a Microsoft account. That email also states the correct minecraft name.

Yeah, unfortunately there is nothing we can do from our end. Be diligent with EA support and see if they can get it sorted for you.

No, ive talked to six diffrent basic people and two managers. EA customer support lacks the tools necessary to unlink EA accounts from xbox live. Been working on figuring it out for three weeks.
