I don’t know why your call is dropped. Could be an issue with the signal

If they locked your account you need to keep using the form locked account form.
If the form is not working, probably it’s because the account can’t be unlocked

I just don’t understand what the reason behind not being able to recover my account is. I get told that they can’t change security information but that has nothing to do with my issue. My secure information is fully updated to my secure information so that statement is an invalid reason to keep my account from me. I have yet to receive a proper email or phone call from the compliance department letting me know specifically what’s wrong with unlocking my account. They clearly had the power to lock it as a temporary security measure but now they’re saying they can’t unlock it at all? sounds like they don’t want to do their job.

If this specific account is “unrecoverable”, is there any way i can get them to transfer all of my account data to a fresh new account?

Who is the person that has the authority to lock me out of my account? I refuse to believe there is no way a person can’t just go in and unlock it. This is straight up ridiculous.

This is very likely due to a brute force attack on the account, this is if the account has not been logged in by authorised users from a new device or location?

You can see if they are attacking your Hotmail by logging into this part of your account: [account.live.com/Activity]

If so, please keep in mind, with two-step verification, you should not have to be concerned too much about the security of your account.

However it does pose some risk, and can lead to the blocking of your account as you have seen.

Sign in to your Microsoft account, if prompted. [https://account.live.com/AddAssocId]

Under Add an alias, do one of the following:

Create a new Outlook.com email address and add it as an alias.

Add an existing email address as an alias.

Select Add alias."

Now you can go to this site: [account.live.com/SignInPreferences] and turn off your sign in options for the past alias.

Your email address will operate completely as normal, but now you must sign in with another email address.

I can’t access anything. Keeps saying “Your account has been locked” all I can do is login. Once I do that when I click something it says I’ve been locked.
