Minecraft Account Issues- sometimes can't see games, can't access Minecraft Realms...

Thanks for reaching out the forums today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue trying to access the 30 day free trial of realms on Minecraft. Do you have trouble connecting to any other games online? I suggest for you to go over our troubleshooting

If this is something only being experienced within Minecraft realm check out this following information on Mojang Support:


"If you are unable to connect to your realm, first see if we have announced any temporary issues with the service on our Twitter account
Mojang Status.



If the services seem to be in order, and you are still not able to access your Realm, please
contact support, describe your issue, and let us know which Minecraft edition you are using."

Minecraft told me they can't locate accounts. Which is surprising as it says if you have account issues on the game you can contact them. They can't locate anything related to accounts and Sony can't either as its a third party account system and obviously micrsoft can't see if I have another hidden email attached to my psn account as they don't have access either.

Thanks for trying to help but I've being sent around to all the parties involved. Sony, Microsoft and minecraft and no one is taking responsibility. Minecraft just isn't worth the trouble.

Hey there! You're going to need to verify which version of Minecraft you have. There are two on the Xbox One that you could have.

Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is no longer supported. It's playable, but it can't be found in the Store and does not receive updates. This version of the game does not have Realms access.

Minecraft/Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition/Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (All just different names for the same game) is the version with Realms that are cross-compatible.

Java version (only available on PC) is not compatible with Xbox.

If your child's friend has the Realm set up on the correct version of Minecraft, you just need a Gold Subscription. Realm hosts pay the monthly fee to keep the Realm online. The friend will need to invite your friend/add them as a Realm member from their
Xbox or PC, then your child will receive a little envelope thing on their Minecraft menu. That is the Realm invitation. Once that's accepted, they should be able to join the Realm.

In order to hinder or prevent savegame hacking, you can't access your savegame cloud storage directly.

It's a completely separate cloud storage and has nothing to do with your OneDrive.

Therefore you can't download your worlds, but if you go to a different console and sign in with your Microsoft Account there, and start Minecraft, your world will be synced from the cloud and you can continue playing in your existing world.

You can't however transfer it to the PC or other Minecraft editions manually. You can however migrate your world to a (paid) realm server, and then use that realm on different devices that support realms.

dabear64 has Minecraft Windows 10 and bought a realm (da bear clan) and who has Minecraft Java can not get into the realm. has been invited, yet I see no invitations to join. has tried the email link to the realm as well,
but still can't link together or join or play in da bear clan realm. Please advise so we can enjoy our new minecraft realm.
