Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have two Minecraft accounts and you would like to inquire if you can transfer your Founder's cape from one account to another.

Please note that in this public community forum, we are gamers like you trying to help and guide other players. This means that we do not have access to other accounts or access to other users' information.

Unlike skins, capes cannot be custom-made and have to be earned. Since Minecraft capes are bound to Minecraft and their corresponding Microsoft account, there is no way for them to be transferred to another account, even Minecraft support themselves does not have the capability to do that.
