Minecraft account hacked (reposting with different side)

Hey,

I’m going to be as blunt as possible. I’m writing from a different account because my original Minecraft account, which I’ve spent over 10 years playing, was hacked about a year and a half ago. Everything was fine when I was playing under Mojang, but after migrating to Microsoft, couples of months/year later, my account was hacked, and I still don’t know how or why. (didn't receive any notifications what so ever that this was happening on my mail.)

Microsoft support has been a complete disaster for me. I've made more than 25 recovery requests, and each time I get the same pointless answers. I keep switching between Mojang and Microsoft support, and neither one appears to be interested in taking responsibility for the problem.Do you even care about your customers? Because, honestly, it feels like you don’t.

I’ve spent countless hours trying to get this resolved, with nothing to show for it. Meanwhile, when I had a similar issue with Steam, Even if my mail gets changed (which happened) or anything they will STILL TRY, they fixed the problem in less than four hours (I have proof). They actually took action and got things done. Microsoft, on the other hand, keeps giving me the same canned responses and pushing me in circles. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Despite owning the world's best-selling game, your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. It's as if you purchased this game and instantly lost interest in the individuals that contributed to its creation. Since it's obvious that you don't appreciate the gamers that helped shape Minecraft into what it is today, I've pretty well given up on having my account back at this point, which is sad considering the time and effort I've spent on it, all to go through a drain like nothing happened...

I know I’m not the only one dealing with this mess either. There are tons of people with similar stories, and your support continues to fail all of us. Honestly, I expected much better from Microsoft, but I guess that was a mistake.
