Since your Minecraft account was already migrated to a Microsoft account, it's not possible to recover only your Minecraft account, it has to be the Microsoft account itself that you need to recover.

If your account email address was replaced, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, we cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of our account.

I suggest to check again your email history (inbox, spam/junk folder) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

In case you will know the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

what should i do since they clearly deleted my old email and made a new alias

yup it has been a microsoft acc since i purchased it after the acc migration started and last time i did contact minecraft and they had told me they coudlnt do anything cause its a microsoft acc and when i contacted microsoft they said they coundt do anything cause its minecraft i need to contact them but 2 days later i had got back the acc at that time so i directly contacted microsoft this time

When i wrote account i meant my minecraft acc, i still have my minecrosoft acc. Its just that when i migrated to microsoft from mojang i lost the minecraft on said account, and i was wondering if i could get it back with just the receipt.
