Minecraft account hacked. Hacker enabled 2FA and support doesnt do anything.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done in this situation. I am so so sorry for the grim news. When Two Factor Authentication is enabled, there is no legal system in place for account recovery as the device is absolutely essential to get into the account and all other account recovery processes are cancelled.

thing is with microsoft, you cannot use the recovery form for an account with 2fa enabled, you will need to contact support directly as there is no online way of doing this, usually microsoft refuses to touch an account with 2fa on as even they cannot retrieve codes for the account.

That is a stupid feature.
Have not they thought that the hackers of the account can activate that aswell?

This doesn't help with your issue but it's not a good idea to have a MS/Xbox account without 2FA enabled....so many people posting on here that have had their accounts hacked because they haven't enabled proper security with 2FA

It’s not that there is someone in my account, the hacker used a script to lock my account, he showed me it, then the next day it’s locked and I can’t get in because it says i have 2fa on.

Did you give any of your own info to this "hacker"? Enabling 2FA makes your account much more resilient to being hacked, not less, so I'm wondering if you gave them certain info that let them take over your account.
