Minecraft account hacked, Customer support not helping

So I made a Minecraft account a few months ago and was having a lot of fun playing, around December 27th I tried logging in after not playing for a few days and I kept getting an error as if my email suddenly didn't exist anymore. i tried checking my Microsoft account on my pc and saw that the email was changed to a random email I had never seen before

so I emailed Minecraft customer support who told me to go to Microsoft customer support since my Minecraft account was linked to my Microsoft account and after a lot of waiting and some emails back and forth with their "higher-level support," they told me the obvious that my information was changed and that they can't help me recover my account so they just suspended it instead.

I don't mind suspending my Microsoft account seeing as I rarely use it but my entire issue was ignored and I still can't get my Minecraft account back!

I tried both, I couldn't really reset my password since my email was changed and all of a sudden there was no account linked to it so I contacted customer support. What confuses me a bit was that we successfully identified that my account was indeed compromised and that I am the owner of the account but I still couldn't recover it.

actually, this is exactly what I did. I tried to get my account recovered and they ended up just telling me there's nothing we could do and suspended it instead. that's why I'm a bit upset we couldn't just get my Minecraft account back instead of going to Microsoft customer support.
