That's strange, may I know if you double checked your email junk/spam folder? Sometimes important emails end there

If not, and in case you have more than one email address or the same email but with different domain (ex. @outlook.com @gmail.com etc) please check on each one.

When I try to connect to the launcher using the Microsoft account, it simply says that I didn't buy the game and I can only play the demo version.

The same case on the minecraft.net website, it suggests I buy the game another time. I successfully found the Paypal invoice about the game's payment if needed.

Although buying it another time wouldn't be a problem, the account itself still exists. Indeed, the __ username is still taken, while containing all my server's data. It appears on the Java version, I don't remember buying the bedrock edition back then.

Or are you referring that only the Minecraft user disappeared but you still own the game?

If it's the first option, is this happening for Java or Bedrock?

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transaction. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.
