This means that agents and support representatives can't do more than you can do yourself with the account recovery form. They can't send you password reset links or provide you with other ways to access your account or change your details.

Thats why you dont use a email

do you not understand how proofs work?

You use a sms or a phone number

there is multiple methods how you use rhe verifcation codes I suggest you read the security proofs faq even if thry get ahold of your password they would still need access to your proofs

dont feel secure abou5 your email choices then simple use phone or sms or the other many options

if both emails get compromise I suggest you stop using a common password

I change mine every 6 months

even if your email is compromised no password change will occur if you enable proofs correctly if you have it to sms or a phone number

proofs are seperate from your password reset options and always should be

account and try to take it over. However, when the perpetrator tries to remove the security email, the system tells him that this change will take 30 days, and sends a notification email to the security proof. CookedDanny is notified by this second email
of the attempt to change. Alerted to the unauthorized access, he secures his primary email with a new password, resets his Xbox password, cancels the request for information change, and neutralizes the stranger's attempts at gaining access to his account.

Scenario 3) CookedDanny has his email address on file, and an additional email as a security proof. One day, a ne'er-do-well compromises the secondary security email. This email is not used as a login for the Xbox account, and does not do anything for
the stranger who might have had the inclination to try to hijack an Xbox account.

Additional security proofs =/= additional paths to account compromise.

I've already filled out the form multiple times and it always says I didn't out enough information. The only proof of ownership of the Microsoft account I have is a couple of passwords. I have a penthora of proof of ownership for the Minecraft account and frankly, I don't even care about the Microsoft account, is it a possibility to just put the Minecraft account, with enough proof of ownership of course, onto a new Microsoft account. I have the original email from Mojang with the transaction ID as well as access to the email the account was bought with and the PayPal account that was used. I also have multiple other emails from Monang and purchases that were made for the account to prove that it is mine. I would love to get I back, please help me out.

Thanks for replying quickly! How would I navigate the troubleshooter as the account that was compromised still exists but not under an email that I can access?

Also, can the original (compromised) account's email be restored to one that I own instead of one that I cannot access (change the email from the hacker's to mine)?
