Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time-consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

It's important to note that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account, you will be sent back to the Account Recovery pages that have been linked above.

When i try to login on the Minecraft login website i use login with Microsoft as i always have, but every time i try it says I've tried logging in to many times with the wrong password, and I can't change the password or verify the email since that email has been deleted.

Well first why don't you recover the MS account your email account unless it's a hotmail or outlook account isn't affected by your email you only have to sign into your MS account

did you migrate your mojang account before the deadline of Jan 2024 ?

If not then you missed the migration deadline

There is no refunds as you are well beyond the refund period of 14 days or 2hours

Unless you only bought it recently in which case your email doesn't afevt it

Hello. This is be ordinary on xbox one. I had my cousin make a xbox acc. A few years ago with my personal email and I signed up with that email. But I'm wanting the beta key on my xbox acc. The email is [Mod Removed] I already put the beta
code onto that acc. Just can't play because it's telling me it's denied. So If you could switch the accounts over that would be greatly appreciated

hello, i didn„t formulate the question that well at that time. So in short my microsoft account got deleted( idk how) and all my things got deleted or i don„t have acces. And i made a brand new microsoft account using the same email and it worked. but i don„t have acces to any of my bought games(minecraft, minecraft dungeons etc) and my minecraft account used the old microsoft account and because of that even if i have the same email as the old account, i don„t have acces to log into my mincraft account . And i wonder how to get my minecraft account back
