Minecraft 1.14 update - lost all purchased content

Minecraft on Xbox One X.

Following the recent update to version 1.14, ALL of my son's purchased content (texture packs, maps, skins) has disappeared. All of his worlds are present, so clearly he is signed-in appropriately.

This is clearly unacceptable - does anyone know what is going on?

Was this ever solved? I lost all of my packs when updating to the latest bedrock version. How can I recover my previous purchases?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully regain access to your content. I understand wholeheartedly how this could be concerning for anyone to encounter. If this is the only game that you are noticing missing content for, and
you are still able to access your worlds in game, it would be best for you to contact
Mojang Support for more specific assistance.

When you get the chance, reach out to them with the situation and let us know if that helped.

I have contacted Mojang Support and am awaiting a response. However, I do notice that there are other people with the same issue (see this thread), also there's a Mojang Support page (

https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2815078-minecraft-marketplace-issues) saying that:

"Where are my purchases stored?

If you have an Xbox Live account associated with your game and you were logged in at the time of purchase, your coins and content will be associated with your Xbox Live account. You can access these from
any new device, provided you are logged in to the same account. For help with missing purchases, or any Xbox Live account support, contact Xbox Support."

There was an Xbox Live account associated with the game so I suspect they may direct me to Xbox support.

Any further comments XBF Steven R or anyone else?

It looks like the problem is solved overnight. As of 12/15/2019 AM, all my purchases packs are listed in Marketplace/Inventory. Thank you.
