Minecon 2019 cape dissappeared from my Character Creator (Bedrock Edition)

I wanted to ask this question a long time ago, but I couldn't find where, but then I found this website which is from Microsoft, who currently owns Mojang. I didn't buy Minecraft, I had downloaded it from ApkVision, but I'm thinking to buy it soon. 3 years ago, when Minecraft was in 1.16, I updated minecraft by uninstalling and installing the latest version, but somehow I didn't have the minecon cape anymore, but I still had it equipped, I got scared and started looking for it. One day, I was making a build with a resource pack and I didn't see my cape in my skin and in the game, I got even scared and started looking for it, and dumb me, who clicked the "None" button in the capes menu, to see what it would do, and it unequipped it from my skin, and then I no longer had the minecon cape selected. I've heard this issue is happening to many users. But if it can't be fixed because I'm using an .APK file to download Minecraft and update it, you can still tell me what to do after buying the game.

I always get jealous seeing people having capes. Even though I am a 6 year veteran of Minecraft, I still don't know how some minecrafters have custom capes that are visible to the public, I think it's a skin pack, but then I think it's very similar to them and they have made the cape. So please explain both of these to me.

There will be no way to get my cape back despite waiting for a new event?

I do not believe so most especially when this was not acquired through purchase or from an event since they will only be able to verify that through order history or event history.

I really don't know, I was a kid when I updated my game to 1.16 using HappyMod. But the file just said a long text about fixing worlds getting flashbacks. Nothing about a cape. But I had the cape from 2020, I might have acquired, I think there was a glitch that the minecon 2019 cape got glitched and almost everyone had it, but then they fixed it so it removed from their inventory, that could be the case, but I can't get my minecon cape back... The Pan Cape is just common, it was used to be rare but then the same glitch made it so that everyone had it. I don't usually use the PanCape, it's because I look boring without my Minecon cape and it was by main style in the game just like Bob Ross couldn't cut his hair because it became his brand.

If I may ask, how did you obtain the cape before?

This could also be related to the APK you have downloaded as this is not the official Minecraft game that you get through Mojang. It would be better to have the official game itself but the cape may not be able to sync on there anymore since you will be using a Microsoft account.

Or it could be that the cape remained on the previous version you got through APK and when it updated, it did not transfer for some reason since you are like upgrading it to another version through APK still.

Was this acquired through mod? Because most capes are acquired through mods and others are acquired through events. It may or may not be available once you buy the game depending on how you acquired the cape.
