Minecon 2016 skin pack is missing from my account

Thanks for coming to the forums. You would need to reach out to
Mojang support. Although since this was from a specific event few years ago. There may be no way of getting these again, as there is limited number of them.

Summer of Arcade pack, Birthday Skin pack and the above mentioned Halloween Charity pack from what I can see. I miss my Mad Scientist skin........
