    So, I redeemed the abstraction map and the purple parrot party palace, created worlds with them but now when I try to access, it tells me I don't have the resource, asks me if I want to purchase them, and of course I can't. Was this deliberate? to "give"
    something only to remove from people who got it?

    Any way to get it back?

    Palace Pack - Xbox One

    I redeemed by code via the website.

    On the X1 I tried to install the Palace Pack but it still says "Paused". So I tried to Uninstall it and on the confirmation screen it says

    "If Zoo Tycoon is open, we'll close it when you select Uninstall."

    I went ahead and removed it then added it back. It installed fine the second time.
