    Minecoins missing after purchasing 'Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection'


    I just purchased the starter collection for my child and the 700 minecoins have not shown up in his account. All of the skin packs, texture pack, and Greek Mythology mash-up pack are showing up, but not the 700 minecoins that are supposed to be included.
    I have seen that this is a pretty common issue and I was wondering if there are any steps that we can take to resolve this. I have already had him reboot his pc, log out of his microsoft account and back in, and i have checked my microsoft account and the
    coins are still not showing up.

    Hi Presentelaw,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

    If you already have purchased the Starter Collection, I wouldn't recommend purchasing the Master Collection as well. The difference between the two collections is that the Master Collection comes with 1000 Minecoins, while the Starter Collection comes with
    700 Minecoins. Besides the Minecoin difference, the Master Collection includes a few more Skin packs. On the

    product page     in the Microsoft Store, click on "Compare editions" next to "Overview" for an outlined view of the differences.

    1. I can confirm I can find the purchase on account.microsoft.com

    2. I restarted the game and computer and nothing changed

    3. I checked the iPad, it was logged in with the Microsoft account in Minecraft and could verify that the purchase was also available there. The skins and resource packs could be used on the iPad. However the Minecoins balance was still unchanged and was
    missing the 700 coins.

    I followed your link to Xbox support but am unable to get anywhere useful. Most links are related the Xbox console gaming. Every link I follow that could be related to the Windows 10 store lead me to some form of useless FAQ and then I go back in circles.
    I got to a chatbot that gave useless replies and redirected me back to the same FAQs.

    Please help, this is a pain.
