    Minecoins Glitched


    One of my friends bought us two minecoin cards off of Amazon. My other friend who was redeeming it could only redeem the first one, the second one said that it had already been redeemed but it was new. The first card of 1720 minecoins never showed up on her account, but surprisingly, showed up on mine instead. I did not redeem the minecoins, and it doesn’t show up on my product history. I’m now stuck with a card of 1720 coins that were redeemed although it was new and we can’t redeem it, and 1720 minecoins on my account that I have no history on and that should be on my friend’s account. We both play MCPE on iOS. My gamertag is ZarathosPixel and hers is RainbowKato8174. Help?

    Hey Jack,

    It would be best to contact Xbox support, as we’re unable to access accounts or issue refunds here on the forum.

    If you’re unable to redeem one of the codes because it incorrectly states it has already been redeemed then contact the retailer, in this case Amazon.

    Hopefully this issue is resolved soon for you!

    MINECRAFT: Missing texture and skin packs

    I am having the same issue! I was able to use the texture pack I had purchased yesterday fine and today the game just glitched or something and now it shows I have no texture packs but have 20 minecoins left over. They better refund and fix this!

    Are you able to play Minecraft with the disc you own? Is it currently in your Xbox as you purchased the Minecoins? If you can play the game, the minecoins should be in there.

    Sorry, this didnt help, right when i updated my nintendo switch and logged into my minecraft account all my skin packs and minecoins were gone i think the update did something and glitched my minecraft log in, other people have had this happen too!

    Same thing happening to us. Microsoft website showing correct account balance, but buying minecoins from Minecraft on Win 10 fails because it thinks balance is much lower ($1.16 instead of $17.17).

    Confusingly, buying games from the Windows 10 store works. So the glitch seems to be Minecraft specific.
