Minecoins and Skin Pack not delivered

I just bought the started pack for minecraft windows 10 edition yet the 700 minecoins weren’t given nor was the skin pack 1. Everything else that was included was added to my account, upon looking at my phone i could see it didnt show up either. The order
shows all of these items were bought but they never shown up.

Have you tried restarting the game or maybe restarting your computer? Look tomorrow to see if it is their.

Thats a bit unfortunate oh well at least I found a good skin pack for 660 minecoins. The Neko Cuties skin pack is a very good one indeed.

The explorer pack includes the base game and the explorer pack which consists of: Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack.

The starter pack includes the base game and 700 minecoins, mash-ups, texture packs, skin packs and the starter pack which consists of: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack).

And yes, Xbox Live Gold is necessary to play with friends.

They were only minecoins, theres nothing on here about texture and skin packs, I never redeemed a code for the packs they just came with my Minecraft.
