Mine coins and microsoft rewards

i had bought mine coins off of Microsoft rewards 2 days ago and still hadn't gotten anything. I had 11,000 reward points and bought the 330-mine coin pack which costed 2000 reward points and now i have 1000 reward points and still no mine coins. How do i either get my mine coins or refund?

Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It should show an option to either resend the code or it may list the code there. If not, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

I've had a similar problem with war thunder's currency. Try closing and re-opening the game. If that doesn't work, check that you credited the right account. If nothing else works, contact whoever handles support requests for Minecraft and ask the company's representatives to have a look at your account.

When you redeem an item for Rewards points, Microsoft sends a 25-digit redeemable code to your email address so you can redeem that item. Have you checked your inbox to see if you have received that email?

I understand. It may be possible that we can only use 330 mine coins from Microsoft rewards once so I highly recommend submitting a ticket to Microsoft Rewards Support through the link I sent above.

No, you do not need a gold subscription to spend it on mine coins. Yes the card that you got from Microsoft rewards will expire, so spend them as soon as possible.
