Mincraft Pocket Edition Payment Transaction Error

I recently purchased the cheapest minecoin top up in Minecraft Pocket Edition and had been charged the right amount of credit thru Globe telecommunication billing and had already received their confirmation that the transaction was done for payment on microsoft corporation minecraft store item 2 but I have not yet received any added funds on my minecoins on the game. Please help.

Kindly quit and re-launch your game to re-sync your in-game data.

Same thing is happening to me. Thanks Microsoft for stealing my money. I mean the transaction from my bank account your pocket went through without any errors didn't it?

No I can't see the transaction on my order history, I can only see that microsoft has taken money from my bank account.

I don't own minecraft pocket edition so I highly doubt it was purchased on pocket edition.

Not quite sure what you mean with the last question, I can sign in at minecraft.net and see that I have a minecraft bedrock realm currently active though.

I made an order for the game

Forza Motorsport 7: Standard Edition.

My problem has two parts.

Part 1: After the first checkout with the subsequent payment, the transaction ended with an error message.

After I placed the order for the second time, this time the transaction ended with an error message.
Later, I received messages about debiting funds from a payment card.

Part 2: I did not get the game in the magazine orders the game is missing.

Made an order for Windows 10 Microsoft Store.
