hello i have a problem which in 2013 my parents gave me minecraft but now that my account is migrating i don't have the email associated with mojang and neither does it have a phone number, i asked my parents if they remembered but they said no and i was wondering if they could help me to change my email so i can migrate and enjoy one of my favourite games.

Please try these steps.

If your Mojang account has been migrated to Microsoft, you do not need to purchase the game again. If you are being prompted to do so, it is either because the migration process did not complete correctly or, more likely, you are logged into a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration.

What to do:

1. Check which Microsoft account you are logged into:

Make sure you are using the same Microsoft account that was used to migrate your Mojang account. If you do not remember which one it is, contact Microsoft support to retrieve the email address you used for the migration.

2. Check if the migration was completed:

Access your Mojang account profile on the Mojang website and check if the migration was completed. If not, try starting the migration process again.

3. Contact Mojang Support:

If the issue persists, contact Mojang Support via the Mojang Support website, providing your purchase receipt and explaining the situation.

4. Check Microsoft accounts:

Make sure you are not using a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration

Do you have the confirmation email about the migration? If so, would you please sign in to the Minecraft website (https://minecraft.net) and see if the website also shows that you do not own any edition of Minecraft?
