same i got mc java in 2020 then bedrock for pc in 2021 both before i migrated. then i merged accounts and still havent got it. my mc java name is theslowsloth20 plz dont use my real name.

Just to confirm, you've already migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account, correct?

Please make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account where you migrated your Minecraft account. You may also review your email history and find the migration details to confirm your correct account.

If you have other Microsoft account, please try to check it as well.

Then try to reset your Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

Check as well on your PC Settings > Accounts. Make sure it's your correct account that's signed in. Try as well to switch to a local user.

Thanks for your reply,

MC Dungeons was purchased post migration.

The account has achievements from MC Dungeons listed on Xbox profile, On my Mojang profile which lists the username on the website, lists MC and MC Dungeons as owned games. I can log into MC without trouble using the same account listed previously but MC Dungeons remains unable to be played or installed.

What I've tried;

* Logging in and out of Microsoft account from PC

* Removing Microsoft account from Xbox & Microsoft store

* Uninstalling & reinstalling Minecraft Launchers (Microsoft store, Mojang installer Windows 10/11 & Windows 8)

* Logging in on another device

None of which has been successful

At some point this account has owned MC Dungeons but it isn't listed on Microsoft's end, Only Mojang's end.

I did what you said and it says: You dont have full version of mc.
And this is not truth, i do have full version, but after migration it just doesnt work. I contacted MC and they didnt even reply. What can i do next?

Thanks for the suggestions.

In answer to the questions:

1. We've only played MC on a PC.

2. We got the original game maybe 6-7 years ago, so no record of ID etc.

3. I've only ever used this email for all of the MC accounts I have used for my children.

4. We migrated MC to the MS/XBox account several years ago when MS brought out Mojang and everyone had to move to MS accounts.

Searching on the live.com link only gave security details for possibly another user with none of my details not matching up to the MS records.

Let me know if you would like a screenshot of the account set-up to show what I mean.
