Create a New Live Profile for the Offline Profile:

Sign out of your current Live account on the Xbox 360.

Sign in to the offline profile you want to connect to Live.

2. Then you will need to Recover your XBL Profile
to the new console.



3. Now the final step is to perform a License Migration
and re-download the content from your Download History.
