Hi there SKLeo, we're afraid you can't combine or merge Microsoft accounts, but if you have multiple accounts, you can share your Xbox Live Gold subscription and content on your Xbox One through

Home Console designation. To do this, make sure that all of your accounts are on the same Xbox One console, and then select that console as your home Xbox.



Also, you can
add an alias email address to your account. An alias is an additional email address used for your Microsoft account. It uses the same inbox, contact list, and account settings as the primary alias. You can sign in to your account with any alias—they all
use the same password. You can send email from an alias whether you’re using a mail app like Outlook or a device such as a phone.

Migrating Your Account

We want everyone to have fun. If you live in one of nine new LIVE markets and already have a LIVE account through a different region it will be possible to migrate your account to join the official LIVE network in your country.

When you migrate your LIVE account you get to keep your profile, gamerscore, achievements, points balance and subscription time remaining. You also get to keep any downloaded content such as your avatar items, Arcade games, and game add-ons.

Before you start with account migration there are some important things you need to know:

Some services may not be available in your country.

Previously purchased or downloaded content (videos, games, add-ons, etc.) will not be downloadable again after migration at this point in time, so remember to save your purchased content to your hard drive or a USB flash drive.

The account migration process is not reversible.

Tu problema se resuelve fácilmente, haz otro perfil con otro correo y luego entras a 'mi cuenta' [arriba, a lado izquierdo de 'cerrar sesión'], luego a información de contacto de facturación, ahí cambias el correo ligado a tu GT por el corréo en el que quieras
que te lleguen los correos asosiados a tu perfil, y pues de preferencia, entras tambien a tu perfil éste y le pones otro correo, para que no se te empalmen en el mismo correo.
