Might and magic clash of heros. Not on the ready to install section of the my games and apps

I downloaded clash of heros awhile ago while it was free with the games with gold. I see its on the compatibility list but i am unable to download it. Its stateing i do not own this game. I tryed to also download it on the one with the 360 i see "play one
xbox one" below it but it will only launch the game and when i go into options for it it dont give me the option to download it on the one.

I also tryed to use my phone. On the internet. To download it on the one but it tells me to purchase it. How do i get it to install with out it being on the "ready to install" page. Or how do i put games on the ready to install page?

I double checked and its on my purchase history on my xbox 360
