    Middle earth shadow of war on game pass for pc crashing on loading screen


    I recently got game pass for pc and it has been a blast until this happened. I downloaded shadow of war from the windows store with game pass, I loaded in and played for around 2 hours without any problems then closed the game.
    Every time I have tried to load it since it opens goes through the logos of the developers and such then crashes. This is especially disappointing because I really enjoyed those first 2 hours of play. I have tried many solutions to that I have found online
    but none of them seem to work. As far as I can tell there is no error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    My computer is a Lenovo legion Y740

    - 16gb ram

    - geforce gtx 1660

    - intel core i7 9th gen

    Here are some things I have tried:

    - Restarting my pc

    - Updating my graphics card drivers

    - Updating windows

    - downloading a different app from the windows store then going back in

    - uninstalling and reinstalling the game

    - running an apps troubleshooter

    - downloading the high-resolution texture pack

    - making sure direct x is up to date

    - running it offline

    - Changing screen resolution
