Microstutter with games whenever in Windowed Mode.

This issue is really bugging me and i'd really like some indepth help to solve it. I love playing games in windowed mode. I prefer it to fullscreen because i can multitask better. The issue im running into is that whenever I'm running a game in windowed
mode it'll stutter like its either having an fps drop or a low frametime. This isnt all of the time, but it's enough where i definitely notice it when it happens and, in games like Titanfall 2, can be very distracting. I've tested this with all of my games
and get it across them all. The issue goes completely away when I use Fullscreen mode. The problem is I lost my multitasking ability in fullscreen as well as the ability to use the Xbox ingame app. I've googled my issue and came up with something deep in the
OS and how it renders the desktop which causes microstuttering in windowed mode. Also the issue of forced triple bufferingn v-sync? Does anyone have any clues on what I can do to fix this? I was hoping that the Creator's Update and it's "Game Mode" would fix
this but it unfortunately has not.

Online Framerate Cap & HDR Issue [PC]

When playing the game online the frame rate seems to cap itself at 30fps, while in single player it’s 60fps+. Is there anyway to get around this?

HDR is not working properly.

The game seems to only have the option to run in windowed mode or borderless windowed mode.

Even though the game has a “windowed” and “fullscreen” option, the fullscreen option is actually a borderless windowed mode. For HDR to work properly, it needs to be an actual fullscreen mode.

Are there any plans for patches to fix these issues?
