MicrosoftStore.com Free Expedited Shipping Code Isn't Working

Hi, I am trying to purchase a new Xbox One S at MicrosoftStore.com from the "More than just good-looking" emails sent out this morning. The free expedited shipping code included in my email does not work, and MicrosoftStore.com support said that I needed
to contact Xbox Live Rewards support instead.

The console I am trying to buy is the Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Special Edition Bundle (1TB) which is eligible for the promotion, as it has already been released and is readily available. The offer states:

"To get free expedited shipping, you must enter the provided code at checkout and order a console that has already released."

Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - Didn't Get Credit

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

As far as paying for shipping, the offer code should have offset the price of expedited shipping. If the console was eligible for expedited shipping, you may want to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything about the
shipping price.

 

Rewards Credits not recieved

I recieved an email with the following promotion; We’ll give you 50,000 Rewards Credits and a select FREE game when you order select Xbox One S consoles from MicrosoftStore.com… and you’ll also get FREE expedited shipping.* It also gave me the following
code: baxo9b293, which i used when i purchased the console.

I have not recieved the Reward credits yet.

Please advise.

Yes, I am trying to purchase from the US Microsoft store. I meet all of the criteria mentioned in the offer. I am really astonished by the complete lack of support on this issue. Microsoft Store support sends me to Xbox Rewards team, and now the Xbox Rewards
team is going back to the Microsoft Store team. Meanwhile, if I was purchasing this on Amazon - their support would remedy this in about two minutes of chat support by either providing me with another free shipping code that works, or issuing me a $10 voucher.
