Microsoft's xbox Exchange

Thanks for the reply! In reference to having a scratched disc, try taking a look at the troubleshooting resource: Xbox 360
game disc exchange.

If you’ve purchased a game on disc and it doesn’t install on your console, you can exchange it within 90 days of purchase under the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Program.


Note: Before contacting us for an exchange, be aware of the following:

• You should first attempt to exchange your disc with the retailer you purchased it from. Most retailers offer a limited exchange period for damaged or faulty discs.
• If your Xbox 360 console can't play a disc, first try using the
  Xbox Disc Drive Solution to resolve the problem.
• The Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Program applies ONLY to games published by Microsoft and is subject to availability. If the game is published by another company, contact that company for its policy regarding exchanging discs. To browse
  Microsoft games, go to
  Microsoft Store.

You would have to try going back to the store to see if they can exchange them for you. Microsoft won't exchange them.

Microsoft does not exchange codes.

Awesome! Exchanging your console would be the best option for you. If for some reason you have troubles at the retailer, remember you can get an exchange at a
Microsoft store if you live nearby one. However, this should be considered only if the retailer cannot help you. Most likely the exchange from the Microsoft store would be a refurbished console.
